Appointments aren’t necessarily required, however they are preferred. Why? Because, even though you feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be embarking on this incredible journey, there are other lucky ladies out there and odds are one of them has made an appointment for the exact time you’re planning on popping into the store. This means you’ll have to wait because each new bride gets her very own bridal stylist for at least an hour depending on how busy the schedule is on the day. Having said that, we never want a bride to feel unwelcome, so if you’re feeling inspired and spontaneous come in and see us and we’ll do all we can to help you find you dream gown.

All of our beautiful designer bridal gowns are available in sizes 2 to 28 and can be ordered with extra material if required. We have a variety of sized samples in store to try on.

We house bridal gowns by leading international designers who make their gowns in stock standard sizing, in sizes 2 to 28. Slight design changes can be made to any gown to personally customise it, for an additional charge. Some of our showrooms offer on-site dressmaking services and we can always recommend local dressmakers who have a good industry reputation.

Some of our showrooms offer alteration/dressmaking services in-store. For our showrooms that don’t yet offer this service, we can recommend local reputable dressmakers.

We offer a few layby payment options in all our showrooms. A minimum deposit is required, with the remaining balance divided up into monthly payments. Monthly payments can be directly transferred through online banking or paid over the phone with either a MasterCard or Visa credit card.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your bridal gown. However, we understand how expensive the wedding process can be and our compassionate consultants can offer flexible payment plans that can suit any brides budget.

Ideally, you will have up to eight months before your wedding in order secure your gown comfortably. This will give you time to choose the gown of your dreams and action any necessary alterations to have your dress fitting perfectly for your big day. However we have many brides who purchase their gowns at a much shorter time frame, many of these gowns are purchased “off the rack” or from brand new excess stock, as being Australia’s biggest bridal company has its perks and allows us to keep more stock on hand than many other smaller boutiques. We do things a little differently than most other bridal boutiques. You’ll find that you often have no option but to wait an average of seven months for a new wedding gown. If you don’t have seven months up your sleeve you may be forced to buy a gown ‘off the rack.’ Sometimes you can get lucky and find the gown in relatively good condition but it’s just as likely that it will have suffered wear and tear from being tried on in-store and you’ll be paying top dollar for a gown that’s less than perfect.
